About Me

Coming from my hometown Salisbury, North Carolina to Lexington, Virginia as a student at Washington and Lee University has brought a richly broad experience despite the consistent small town atmospheres. As recent graduate with a B.A. in Studio Art and English, I have relished in the liberal arts experience and embraced the University's ideal of well roundedness. Below are some of my core values that guide my personal and professional development:

Arts & Culture

My passion for learning about and exposing myself to as many people, cultures, and engaging in all things creative is where I find value in life. While pursuing my degrees in English and Studio Art, I recognized the mirroring effect of the two subjects and enjoyed how they intertwine in an inspiring way.

Active Lifestyle

Living an active lifestyle is an incredibly important way I choose to experience the world around me. Whether travelling nationally or internationally, enjoying the natural world in outdoor sports, or athletic activities I fill my days with active living and experiencing the world first hand.

Collaboration

Interpersonal relationships have been a highly valued aspect of my educational experience and one that I will continue in my professional life. I have an immense drive to reach my utmost potential in any endeavor, and particularly when it contributes to a common goal amongst team members. In my various internships and as a self-employed artist, I have found collaborating with a team and clientele a cornerstone to professional success.
